2. We will arrange with you a pick-up time and place convenient for you, at work or at home
3. We will leave you with a clean loaner car to use while your vehicle is in service
4. Once your service work is completed, we will contact you again to arrange drop-off
5. Your vehicle will be returned clean, and any payment can be handled at that time
