My car had dust on it all over the car when it came back to me. The glass was smeared on the windows and not cleaned that great! I cleaned it to my liking when I got my car back. My concierge Joe was fabulous as always! He’s a very good young man! He helped me w my Apple car play and I appreciated that very much! Joe goes above and beyond!

Went i for lil change and tire rotation, mind you they are the only one that has worked on this car and tires. We'll a guy tells me oh we can't do tires a lug nut is stuck on the wheel that's going to cost you $$ to fix. Ok just do oil change, which they say they did when I got home with my car on the inside of drivers door is greasy hand marks on the door panel !! For real guys can't you all do better than that ? So with good reasons I didn't rate a good score

I bought an extended warranty through Behlmann. After three attempts (Total of 3 weeks) to diagnose the issue, i was left with no other option than to take it to a different dealership. That dealership found the problem in less than 24 hours, and made the 16000.00 worth of repairs and had it back to in two weeks. I had to pay 400 in deductible because of the sheet negligence of Behlmann. I will never return, and Im telling everyone i know how horrible my experience was.

The pricing was super competitive and even beat the national tire stores on a new set of tires. Ended with them putting me into a loaner vehicle that was a complete head turner. Great experience, great service and great pricing. I will definitely be going back to Behlmann for all my future service and vehicle needs.

Basically everything was OK but I have one issue. Every time we come in for service you do a multi-point inspection. This is good! However you almost never provide us with a copy of the results. Please change this procedure so that I have that record so we can see the current status of the vehicle including such items as current tread depth and so that I can review changes over time.

The service tech was excellent. He did a great job explaining everything. However when I purchased my vehicle at Belhmann I paid for 2 oil changes after my original furnished oil changes were complete. I intended to use the last of the purchased oil changes yesterday, only to be informed that the oil changes that I purchased and paid for had expired. HOW CAN SOMETHING I PURCHASED AND PAID FOR EXPIRE? When I purchased them there was no mention that they would at anytime in the future expire. This is the most underhanded thing I’ve ever experienced at this dealership. I am an engineer at the General Motors assembly plant in Wentzville MO. I plan to share this experience with my executive director as well as the gm internal 1-800 system. Who sells something, takes the money, then says no you can’t use it because it’s expired. You got the money from me but the money didn’t expire, only the item I bought and paid for. I have bought several premium vehicles from the Belhmann dealership, but this is extremely disappointing that you would employ such tactics. I didn’t expect that from the gm that I have worked for the past 40 something years.

Sales person Nick and Carlos were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the SUV I was looking to purchase. Even after driving away I had problems with connecting a child’s booster seat and Nick was great at hooking the booster seat quickly. Also Tom in service was extremely helpful and understanding when I had a tire and wheel damaged. Having a new vehicle for only 2 months was nerve breaking when the accident happened. Brought our 2016 GMC Acadia in to check a leak. Chris and Joe were up front about the problem and broke the news as gently as they could - head gasket leak and very expensive to fix. Not sure the vehicle is worth the repair. They then instructed how to continue to drive the vehicle and monitor the coolant level in the radiator.

I took my Yukon in for an anti-freeze leak that had occurred a couple of months earlier while out of town to a local shop, it was thought that it was coming from the water pump, it was not. After we returned home it was still leaking so I took it to another affiliated shop because it was under warranty, they pressure checked it and still could not locate issue. Having a lifetime warranty through Behlmann I took it there, they quickly diagnosed the issue as a head gasket issue and promptly fixed it along with an issue with my sunroof, all covered under warranty. I have always received superior service at Behlmann, they have an excellent group of service techs and mechanics and are ALWAYS great to work with.

In fact I went off on the manager he tells me that by law he can't make no one work overtime. Then the salesman says that they're not going to pay anybody over time to wash the dirty vehicle that they sold me. Your employees workers wages are not my concern you are a service to me. The overall experience is fine. My complaint is that for the last four times I have gone in for a tire rotation I have been charge for the said tire rotation. And this last service I was charged for a tire repair for a slow leak in a tire. They have a policy that is you purchase four tires and do a front end alignment that tire rotation and repairs are free. So I am aggravated that I have to mention this every time I go back about this error. This time I caught the tire rotation charge but not the repair. I was charged $30.

become the new owner of, such automobile, whether a sticker price of $25,000 or like the one I purchased at $80,000, it would be clean and in a condition that truly represents the word New. My new Sierra had a large indented scratch on the driver side sill plate where the Denali emblem resides. It also was loaded with mud and dirt on areas of the exterior that just underwhelmed my wife and I to a new unexpected level. Many in the sales chain were culpable. The Denali model disappointed us as well. Many models at other dealerships had floor mats that were rubber based with carpet inserts that provided flexibility. My unit came with carpeted mats. A simple request to swap for rubber mats was declined. It is my responsibility to solve this problem. (Problem 1). If a cost difference was at stake, no problem. Could someone offer to solve this for us? No The scratched sill plate was presented to me today as something I should order , have a local dealer install at my expense then ask for reimbursement from Behlman. What kind of leadership in a customer centric sales organization offers this? (Problem 2). How can you expect to earn any sense of loyalty from your customers when this happens. My 2020 GMC Sierra purchase did not offer this kind of outrage. My general experience with the vehicle was always great because there were no service issues other than normal maintenance. Overall, I believe the GM sales process has less to do with creating the environment where both parties find satisfaction but rather find methods to complete the process at whatever is necessary and move on to the next deal. The average car buyer at a dealership of any kind is fairly ignorant to finance and the economics they are signing up for, thus the growth in lease financing. The incompetence found when dealer reps are faced with decision making is huge and subsequent taking of action to solve problems or make a deal are just plain absent.

I drove 5.5 hours from Illinois to Missouri to purchase my GMC Hummer EV, and the experience was a complete roller coaster. The salesman Eric was one of the worst salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Before I made the trip, he called and agreed he could get my payment around $800/month with $2,000 down. Based on that, I provided all my credit information and told him to let me know when everything was finalized. Later he called back saying the payment was suddenly over $1,000/month. Completely different story. At that point I lost confidence immediately. Thankfully Nick stepped in and actually handled things professionally. Nick was able to get the deal done at $816/month with $2,816 down, which was much closer to what was originally promised. Nick was honest, responsive, and the only reason this review is not 1 star. The finance manager was another disaster. He wasted over 3 hours of our time while my 73-year-old father and I sat there waiting. He repeatedly insisted there was “no such thing as a one-pay lease” and claimed it wouldn’t change anything financially. I explained multiple times that one-pay leases absolutely exist and that the money factor should decrease. Eventually he admitted I was right and said the money factor WOULD go down with a one-pay lease — but then somehow showed numbers where the one-pay option was MORE expensive than regular installments, which made absolutely no sense whatsoever. After the long drive and hours wasted, I was too exhausted to continue teaching their finance department how leasing works, so I signed the regular installment deal and left with the vehicle. To make matters worse, three weeks later when I asked Eric about my plates, he brushed me off and said he was on vacation and that it was “an Illinois problem.” When I contacted Nick instead, he immediately explained the actual delay and told me the plates were already on the way. Final thoughts: * Nick was excellent. * Eric was rude, misleading, and difficult to deal with. * The finance manager either lacked knowledge about leasing or refused to listen to the customer. The only silver lining is I absolutely love the Hummer EV itself.

Made an appointment weeks ago saying what I needed fixed or replaced, left my truck there all day yesterday to be fixed and was told parts are on order. The one light bulb they replaced wasn’t even the light I wanted replaced and is still burned out. Tailgate part should of been easy to have in stock for my appointment, I understand the windshield weatherstrip might not of been in stock but I told them to look at it last time I was there several months ago and they said they didn’t have time. Could have been ordered back then.

Overall the sales experience was good the finance was good. But the overall quality of the vehicle coming back from being washed was pretty bad. A lot of running water lines and inside the tailgate still had a ton of dust and dirt in it. Ended out having to wash it again when I got home.
